I played soccer through childhood with a little baseball and basketball. In High School I descovered Ultimate Frisbee and my team Dominated the high school tourney for 3 years. There's no Disc Golf option but i've played that since I was 12. But my main source of excersize is my bike. It's basic, a one speed redline pl-24 but I'll go for miles and miles. |
